The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in a California Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the globally famous franchise Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in California at the age of 55.
Zampella's death was announced by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the video game company which he helped establish.
The influential video game developer lost his life when his automobile collided and was engulfed in flames on a highway in the Los Angeles area on this past Sunday, as reported by.
"We are facing a devastating loss, and we stand with Vince's loved ones, his family, and all those touched by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts stated.
